Private Training

While I offer predominantly small group training, I have some flexibility in my schedule to accommodate a limited number of private training clients. If it's important to you to have maximum privacy or coach:client time and attention, please get in touch to inquire.

If you would like to organise a shared private time with a group of friends, I can also arrange that.

Pricing is as follows (prices subject to HST):

1 Hour Private Training at Synergize Coaching:

1 person: $80 

2 people: $90

3 people: $100

4 people: $120

5+ people: $150
