Synergize Coaching offers a boutique, private gym space with all the equipment you need to achieve your health and wellness goals. Scott Crawford (that’s me) is a Certified Personal Trainer and Coach, offering small group training classes several times each week focusing on functional strength and conditioning.
I help you navigate the often-confusing exercise landscape, establishing a regular fitness routine in a discreet, judgment-free environment. As a coach, I foster an approach to training in the gym:
We host small groups of up to 5 or 6 people at a time to train in our state of the art boutique facility in the privacy of my home gym with a beautiful view (aka garage and driveway) in the country.
These are semi-private training sessions, where everyone is free to work at their own pace and ability level. There is a daily workout posted, with options where needed. I’m always on hand to offer corrections, modifications, and alternatives.
You are the expert on your own body - I’m here to help you get the best from it.
The social aspect is important and we work hard to form regular, close groups who train together and support one another - we put the ‘FUN’ into Functional Training!

True body composition change can be a long process.

While you will absolutely begin to use heavier weights over time, there are some more subtle changes which you might notice.
Sometimes the most powerful successes are anecdotal, rather than numerical. While personal records can be rewarding in their own way, just showing up and doing what you can after a terrible sleep or stressful day might be the biggest success of all.
